Q: Does any customer have some real feelings after using this pillow for a few days?

I LOVE this pillow—the first cervical pillow I’ve ever used. Really surprised at great resilience, I've been using it for some time and it hasn't flattened at all. It’s great, whether I sleep on my left or right side or on my back. The firmness and neck support are just right. I wake up more rested.

Q: Is this an adjustable pillow for the side sleeper, back, or both?

I am a side sleeper, the notch cut out for the head actually had me so comfortable that I have fallen asleep on my back several times, although typically I am a side sleeper. The raised areas on the side support my head, leave a perfect spot to rest my hand that I used to tuck under the pillow, and overall have made my sleep very comfortable.

Q: I love the quality! But not quite sure how to adjust the height, what should I do?

Dear Customer, This memory foam pillow has adjustable height to meet your different needs. It has different lofts on each side, rotate 180 degrees to enjoy a higher or lower contour. If it is still too high, just remove the foam insert at the bottom of the pillow. For a higher height, you can contact us via support@shopfamedio.com to get an extra insert. Please refer to the video to adjust the loft.
