I'm fine with buying products when it clearly lists the country of origin. Kilner touts their British heritage and nowhere, as of the date of this review, on this Amazon listing nor the Kilner website, does it state where this bottle is made. We were surprised to open the box when the sticker said, not "made in Great Britain" but "made in China." Be up front where your products are manufactured and don't be misleading.

This jar is outstanding., but you can’t get lid seals for this size, only 2.76”/7cm seals are available. I checked Amazon and Kilmer direct. So this is a single use preserving jar. The craziest part is you can get the screw bands. Kilner advertises lid seals in three sizes, including 1L, but the 1L wide mouth seal is not available, not listed anywhere for sale. Don’t lose your lid seal or you’ll be buying another single use preserving jar to get a replacement. Then you’ll have two jars and one new lid seal until use use the new seal to preserve something, then you’ll have two jars and one used lid seal. Remember, you lost the first one. Strange product.
