delivery fella was super nice, and refused to let me help him take it to my door. its a big old heavy cardboard box it comes in, and would not have fit through our door. so he cut the box open and lifted the heavy base in to our house for me!onto the chair itself, it took about a minute to put the back part on, and 2 minutes to connect the wires. i didnt have any instructions with mine, but you dont need them. the cables are easy enough to put together.for the relatively low price, its soooo comfortable. a press of the recliner button and it seemlessly glides backwards. the controller is simple to operate, and its easy to select the settings you wish. the arm rests are also comfortable to rest your elbows upon.the heat setting on your lower back is perfect, neither too hot nor too cold and in conjuction with the lumbar massage really relaxes you, so much so i actually feel asleep in. it is not silent, but the vibrational noise isnt too disturbing. it automaticaly switches off after about half an hour which is great.its not a lazy boy, but nor does it pretend to be. i dont need a cup holder, i just want to sit back and relax aftet a hard days work. for that purpose, its perfection at a great price

This is lovely quality and comfy..heat function is nice... The massage is just a vibrating chair so not really functional..couldn't call it a massage

Where to start ? Ordered on last Thursday (before Christmas that is !) .... and received it 28 hours later ??? ... absolute magic !The recliners : all they promised is delivered in an outstanding quality ( if they last that is ). Splendid crafted item - huge value for the money - I'm not surprised some possible competitors try to talk them down - this item IS NOT noisy, this item is really relaxing and raise watching tv experience to a new level. It is not a professional massaging chair, never pretending to be that - it is a beautiful and usefull recliner chair with a vibro massaging function and a heating function too. Lovely on all accounts.Thank you

The media could not be loaded.  Makes an awful crunching noise when reclining can't see it lasting long the old addage comes to mind you get what you pay for. To use as an ordinary chair it's comfortable.

Delivery was slightly delayed but well worth waiting for, due to my disablity my son had it up and running in around 15minuets, after a week of using the chair and getting to know the contoles I am delighted with my purchase. The quality is very good it is very comfotable, you just have two buttons which allows you to find the most comfortable poishion you simply press it one way and next to that button you have another butter to bring the back to it's normal starting point. once you have prested a button just let the motors do the rest. The chair comes with a remote controle which provides all the main features such the heating the massage which is exreamly useful as it masarges your back lumbar thigh and legs, all these controles can be set with the built timing feature. I did contact a well known company for a quote which was unafordable well into the thousandsso i jumped on line to my trusted Amazon site where i fond a huge selection to pick from, after some time I decided on the Morefor homes model and I glad I did I am sleeping better as I can not use a traditional bed. I gave this chair 5 stars because that's what it deserves, overall it is realy good value for money. At the moment I can not fault. The motors that provide the movment of the chair are almost silent.

Fantastic delivery… the chair is very comfortable and easy to use the controlsOnly one downside the massager is more like a vibration motion and quite noisy.A good buy looks good, good quality.

Great chair, really easy to assemble, nice and comfy and great price.The driver helped me open the box as it was too big to go through my front door, it was then in two parts which was then easy to get into the house, the driver was very helpful which was very much appreciated.

I bought this chair as I had moved into a new flat and had always wanted 1 of these chairs but to be honest even though its a comfy chair the massage feature isn't great. It vibrates all through for different parts of your body eg your back, legs and that but I don't feel it vibrates enough. It has different settings but it's just not as good as I thought it would be. For £400 I expected alot more.
