Tillak Wallowa Camp Hat, Lightweight Nylon 5 Panel Grey Cap with Snap Closure

Update - After posting my original review, I was contacted by Jason at Tillak right away. He assured me that the hat had a manufacturing issue as he was able to review the photos I posted and offered to send out a replacement right away. Since this happened to 2 different hats, he sent out 2 new ones of the latest model, which had a better quality design. We got the replacement hats quickly and my son loves them. We are 4 months in and they have held up very well. I’ve also put it in the wash and they still look brand new. The new design has mesh sides which my son loves.Jason at Tillak was concerned, prompt and very genuine. So happy with the purchase and we will look at Tillak for their other products. Thank you.——————————————————Bought this for my son, as he loves 5 panel hats.He wore it most days for about a month before the side started coming apart from the brim. Not sure if he was too hard on it or if it was poorly made. Regarless, the material is light and easy to clean and he loved the design. I bought a replacement hat for him. Still #1 Mom!If it lasted longer, I would definitely rate 5 stars!

Good hat, especially for the rainy PNW. Only gripe I've had is that some of the stitching is a bit shoddy, but that can be fixed quite easily with a bit of patience, a needle and some nylon thread. I love the color, it matches well with my hiking pants.

I really like this hat. Even though I’ve got a giant noggin, it fits pretty good. It’s very light weight and it’s my new favorite lid to wear to the mountain bike trailhead, or on hikes. Just make sure to hand wash your hat to keep it looking great for years. Great hat for my outdoorsy lifestyle. Good purchase!

The seam where the corner of the brim meets the hat ripped the 2nd time I wore it, 3 days after the return window. I wrote it off. Tillak went above and beyond to get me a redesigned replacement and even threw in some extra merchandise as an apology. I hope they come out with more products for me to buy.

This hat is lightweight and packable; it dries quickly & its generous, wide bill has protected me from both light rain & sun on many outdoor adventures, while looking fly. Also, Tillak has great customer service & 25% of their proceeds go towards conservation-a worthy company to support.

This is a great product. I bought it for working out and hiking. It cleans off with a quick hand wash and drys in minutes. Fantastic piece of gear. Worth every penny.

Great hat, breathable material (thinner material), standard sized bill and fit. Similar to the nike dri fit panel hats.
