I have medium length, thin hair that is abundant & I needed a brush that both detangles & also distributes oils effectively. My hair is ridiculously oily after just 2 days, and this brush allows me to lengthen the time in between my washes. I usually flip my hair upside down & brush the back of my head first (where most of our scalp oils tend to be) and then I brush my ends to transfer those oils. Then I brush from my scalp to my ends, which makes my entire head of hair shiny & even. The brush is full & so there is no problem detangling my hair with that brush alone. I will NEVER go back to a normal hair brush! I highly recommend this brand & this particular brush!

I love this brush!!!The handle is smooth and has a nice look to it. The handle size is perfect and doesn’t feel cheap. The bristles are soft so I was nervous to brush my hair because it’s thick.I had some tangles in my dry hair so I used this brush for the first time.MY GOODNESS. I didn’t think it would get the job done but it exceeded my expectations. The brush went through my hair like no one’s business, it didn’t even hurt to use it, and it got my hair tangle free. I didn’t realize the tangles were out until I ran my fingers through my hair.I’d definitely recommend this brush.

This is a nice brush for getting rid of tangles. I found it very gentle on my hair. My issue is that it only got the top layer and I have to brush it layer by layer making my hair frizzy. If your hair is thin and not very dense (number of strands), this is for you. If your hair is thick and very dense (you can’t see your scalp unless you part your hair), this is not for you. It is gentle and it would probably be better for a person with straight or short hair. I was hoping that it would reach the scalp but no such luck. ☹️👩🏻‍🦱

This brush has helped to fix my super oily hair! I head that using an all natural brush helps distribute the oils throughout your hair so wanted to try it. My hair is very fine, very straight, and there is tons of it. I couldn't go a single day without washing it or it would look terribly oily. This brush has made my hair look shinier and I can go two whole days between washing now!! I was really skeptical since nothing else worked to help me go without washing every single day and it seemed a little far-fetched that a simple brush would do it; so I am very surprised and happy!

I have a lot of baby fine hair and have had problems finding a hair brush I liked. I ran across this one on one of my 3 AM shopping sprees. The price was the first draw. Super reasonable for natural boar bristle.I am really pleased with the brush. It’s well made and so far it’s not shedding bristles. It’s made a big difference in my hair. I can go several days without shampooing since the brush distributes the hair oil evenly.The seller is super nice and sends several follow up emails to make sure you receive your product and are happy with it.

I have to admit this is the best hair brush that I have ever used. I have pretty short hair so the bristles are adequate to penetrate hair and massage the scalp. The handle is perfect and the all-bamboo look appears to make the entire brush quite classy looking. The substantial head size and the many bristles on the brush is also something that I felt set this brush apart from several others that I have used. Additionally, the texture of the bristles is just just right and provides the right balance between being too soft or too stiff. This is a product that appears to have been well designed and constructed and works really well for me.

Can’t penetrate the length of hair you’d need in order to get tangled (or need to brush) in the first place. Unfortunate.I have long, fine, wavy/curly hair. It just isn’t able to get through it enough to brush it. I bought it to help distribute oils, but that’s not possible with this brush. There are no bristles stiff enough. I’ll have to get one with some harder bristles sprinkled throughout.However: if you have incredibly short hair (less than an inch), this will probably work for you.

I love the brush now that I am used to using it. It doesn't grab into all the hair at once like other brushes so it takes longer at first. It smooths the hair out instead of yanking knots into submission. This brush is much gentler on the hair, my kids ask for the 'soft' brush and I find my hair needs less brushing. Works on both my kids, one with fine straight hair the other with curls. It does straighten her curls a little so I only use it before bathtime.
