Perfect set! The quality of all the parts is just perfect! I've used it today after a long run while I was resting my legs up in bed and the holders kept them in place all the time! I will highly recommend it!

Great item, love the strap which make sure it easier to secure the ice pack in the correct position. Pack of two means I always have one ready for the next use. Only take two hours to freeze and the instructions are on the ice pack. Haven't tried it hot yet as I bought specifthem specifially for ice packs post surgery.

Have to say I love this product despite having received it only yesterday. One thing I was looking was a long lasting cold which this absolutely provides. Even without being in the freezer it's cool, but not cold. After freezing the cold lasts a minimum of 20 mins.The stap is fab, personally I have tendonitis in my wrist so wanted to be able to wrap and hold the ice pack in place. I can easily (-ish. This is doing it one handed!) Wrap it around my wrist and secure it well.

Brilliant for cold use but heat only stays for a few minutes

The item works great as either hot or cold pack, but only for a very short time. He holds neither heat nor cold effectively, so probably great for emergency use, but not for longer term chronic pain use.

These kool packs are fabulous.You can warm them in the microwave or cool them in the freezer and then apply them on the area you need.These 2 come with a sleeve that will help you keep them in place.

Brought these so we had some ice packs at home. Open the parcel to find both had a rip were leaking the gel stuff.

Great for any sport injury treatment, long cold and heat keeping time! Recomend as excellent equipment for low money
