Pet rescue van
The media could not be loaded. What a sweet Lego set poor disabled pup abandoned in a box by the bus stop found and saved then brought back to health, cleaned and fed in the rescue convertible van. Such lovely game play and story telling tools in this set although at 6 plus it would be a challenging solo build so I built our set but my 8 year old loves the cute characters and the fun to be had.

High quality. Develops confidence and, hooefully, compassion.
Usual high quality pieces you’d expect from Lego. Unfortunately it’s the usual high price too. It’s a sad world where kids pretend to rescue a puppy found abandoned in a cardboard box but I guess it’s realistic as these awful things do happen occasionally. It may help to teach compassion as the dog is rescued and brought back to happiness with, amongst other things, a set of wheels to help it walk. It’s quite a challenging build but let them do it with only some prompts as otherwise it’s far too expensive a toy. Once complete they will gain satisfaction from having done it themselves. This after all is the point of Lego.
