I noticed some buyers say the chair is not completely level and they legs rock a bit. I found the way its assembled makes a big difference. The legs come in 2 pieces and the criss cross pattern its assembled is important. I purchased 6 chairs and noticed 2 of them were not sitting level on the floor. I swapped the way the legs were attached and the problem was fixed. I don't think the instruction manual states this clearly. Also, one of the chairs arrived damaged, inside the box (the fabric was punctured). It seems one of the bags of screws moved in the box during transport to a point of pressure on the fabric and with weight on it, a sharp screw was pinned between the chair and the inside of the box. The outside of the box was not damaged at all so this is just my guess. I am waiting for a refund. Its been a week since I returned the item so I am hoping that will be completed soon.
