The Ramekins seem to be of good quality, no broken pieces and look sharp. But one of the box had 3 missing units. I tried to connect with the sender, but the only chance is returning the entire order and ordering it again. Time didn't allow that. So only a 2 star for not having the order complete. UPDATE : This seller is incredible, reaching out and give you some options to correct the order, such great customer service you don't see this day anymore. Thanks Josef
