Decent solution for a drafty old door
This works pretty well. Most winters we could notice a draft near the bottom of our front door. It's an old house and an equally old door that we're not in a hurry to replace. This has worked and the floor around the door is noticeably less cold and you can't feel air moving near he door. The build of the product itself is definitely not going to last forever, depending on how much it drags on the floor and what kind of floor it's dragging on, etc. But this is inexpensive enough that if I have to replace it in a few years I'll still feel like I got my money's worth. Installing it was pretty simple, you just trim the edges so that it matches the width of your door. It's not bulky so you barely notice its there. So far the velcro strip has stuck to the door without issues.

Good Product
Works great and really stays put! I was surprised by how strong the adhesive side is, it’ll stick to your hand if you’re not careful. I attached it to the Velcro first before peeling the film off the sticky side, and that made it easy to place. Overall, it works exactly as expected and I’m very happy with it.

Blocks drafts well, but not so much sounds. Overall - would recommend.
I bought this for two reasons: to block the draft from the ridiculous 1.25" gap between the bottom of our bedroom door and the floor; and for soundproofing purposes since we just moved into my mother-in-laws house to take care of her, and since we're both night owls we didn't want to disturb her after she goes to bed. Since I couldn't decide on a single rating for both of my purchasing reasons, I'm eating each reason and then taking the average of the two for the number of stars this thing gets. For the purposes of draft blocking, I give this product 5 stars! It blocks the draft completely, the difference was immediately noticeable. For the purposes of sound blocking, 3 stars. Sure, it is obviously better than having nothing to cover the enormous gap between door and floor, but it isn't ideal. It would be much better if the foam insert was made of a heavier/ more dense kind of foam. Also - and this is really probably only relevant to my needs I suppose, but whatever - if the thickness (diameter) of the foam insert was larger, I feel like it would be far better at soundproofing. Overall, the quality of materials and build seems pretty good, it's easy to cry it down to the exact size needed, the adhesive on the velcro strip that goes directly into the door works very well (assuming you follow the directions properly and use a blow drier to warm the adhesive immediately prior to use, that is), and it's quite easy to install. Would i recommend buying this? Definitely! TLDR: Draft blocking: 5 stars. Soundproofing: 3 stars. Overall rating: 4 stars. Wish it was thicker... (that's what she said) - THE FOAM, wish the foam was thicker. Would still recommend though!

Drafty Door Bottom Seal Remedied
We have a 30 year old steel entry door and the bottom seal had deteriorated. There was a significant draft that we needed to stop, so we purchsed this stopper. This stopper was incredibly easy to install. It comes with a velcro strip that you attach to the door and the stopper hangs down over the gap between the door and its threshold. It rides across the floor nicely and even across a rug we have at that entryway. It looks just fine on our door and we have fixed our draft issue. I’m wondering if it could also help reduce insect intrusion in the Summer. This stopper is also easy to remove for cleaning. I strongly advise to consider this product if you have a drafty door.

Works great!
Very pleased. We needed something to block the draft coming in from under our front door. We installed a sweep under the door but there was still cold air coming in. This was inexpensive, easy to install, and works great. Also looks nice. I am ordering more for other doors.

Better than a piece of cardboard...
Simplicity at it's finest... our fireplace is nearly 100 years old, is going to be repaired very soon, and we'd had a huge piece of cardboard blocking it, which you can only imagine how it looked. This cover was very easy to install and the foam base/draft stopper was simple to adjust and cut to size. The hook and loop closure is very strong and connected solidly. Being such an older fireplace, there was an approximately 2/3" gap at the bottom; I just re-adjusted the Velcro lower and now it is sealed. We can tell the difference not only in the comfortable temperature of the living room, our oil furnace hasn't been coming on as often. A good buy and, if your home is a bit more rustic/vintage, this is a perfect accent. If you don't have a hair blow dryer, I simply turned our living room space heater on high and it softened the material so I could measure and cut. The space heater has not been turned on since it's been installed. The adhesive for the hooks is very strong, recommend holding securely in place for about 30 seconds, then going over it with something hard but smooth, I used the back of a Sharpie, making sure all the air bubbles are gone for a solid seal. A very sound purchase...

Easy To Install
Nice setup for installing on the inside of an exterior door, Velcro is a great invention and this application proves it. Ordered two a 36" and a 32" installed both in less than 10 minutes each, holds out drafts even with a 30 mph wind and -35 below wind chill.

It wasn't what we were expecting. The product is poorly made.

Very useful to keep the wind and dust out of the house.

Not neat looking. The foam inserts are in 2 pieces & the ends are open on the piece that holds the inserts. Serves it's purpose though & blocks out the cold draught.

That’s some poor quality stuff. Not good for wooden floors, the leather-like thing goes under the door. Putting it on the door was quite the challenge too. I don’t recommend.

Does the job. My only issue is that the foam bits stick out the ends a bit and I don't know how to fix it. Makes it look a little cheap
