Bosch Professional FSN RA 32 Hole Layout Adapter for milling

This does not fit. It is either faulty or just does not fit the rail I have.

Was using this to put shelf mounting holes in cabinet panels. Got to looking and realized the front and back sets of holes were off in the vertical direction by about 1/16”. After investigating, it became obvious that the fixturing peg was out of center by 1/32”. Makes sense, as 1/32 short+1/32” long when flipped around adds up to the deviation I was seeing. It never should have left the factory like that. I’m going to try widening the holes and shimming it and see if that fixes the alignment issue. Normally Bosch makes good stuff, but poor QC on this one is going to force me to redo several days worth of work. Either purchase something else or be prepared to futz around to make it work.

Ich habe mir dieses Lochrasten-Zubehör von Bosch für meine GOF130 gekauft die ich regelmäßig mit meinem Schieneführungsadapter OFA auf der Führungsschiene FS nutze. Da ich seit geraumer Zeit schon die FSN RA 32-800 also die für das Lochsystem notwendige Führungsschiene besitze, ergänzt dieses Zubehör nun das Lochreihen-System und macht es komplett nutzbar. Die Qualität ist wie von Bosch gewohnt gut bis sehr gut und der Preis hoch bis sehr hoch... Ich gebe für dieses Set 5 Sterne aber wegen dem Preis nicht gerne... Eine Kaufempfehlung spreche ich für alle aus die schon die OFA besitzen. Für alle anderen würde ich den Kauf des ganzen Sets empfehlen, also OFA+FSN RA 32-800 inkl. diesem RA Zubehör. Das wäre unter dem Strich billiger....

War nicht anders zu erwarten. Bosch halt. Gute Verarbeitung und ein gutes Hilfsmittel, für genaue Bohrrungen.
