I have been using it almost every day. Works great.

Product works perfectly but for only about 4 months, it doesn’t have any factory warranty not even a number you can call to see if it does, only an email but I already write one a week ago and nobody has responded.

I've used many irons for pressing this one has a great weight. So worth the money.

Excelente producto, original, conforme a las especificaciones, con el desmineralizador, en general un producto 1A.

The video said the water tank needed to be 36" above the ironing surface. When I received the item, the manual said that the water tank had to be 5 feet (60") above the ironing surface, which would put the tank to the ceiling, making it impossible to reach the tank for a refill without a ladder! Who wants to do that?? The only thing I can give a review on the iron is that it is very heavy! Rehab for arm and shoulder would be in your future!

Used a few times now, puts out a decent amount of steam. Iron heats up quickly. Ironed a coat, a few shirts and jacket. Still has plenty of water left.Very satisfied so far

Si solo planchas 6 piezas de rotación bien. Pero si planchas ropa de la familia el mango de la planca se recalienta hasta quemarte las manos. Deberían de venderla con una funda protectora de calor. Me dio pena ver a mi colaboradora quemarse sus manos usándola.
