Q: How can I adjust the size of the bike helmet?

There is a adjusting knob at the back of the bike helmet for adult, helping to adjust the head circumference. Adjustable Size: 22-24 inch (57- 62 cm).

Q: What is the insurance on the helmet, so far I like it but I'm just worried that the magnets might not be strong enough when riding or might degrade?

The magnets just got looser and looser every time i wore the helmet. It degraded really quick. I had to buy sunglasses because the visor started to fall off every time I went over a bumpy section, and rattled continuously. Hardly made for a relaxing cycle. The helmet is ok, just ok for the price. My son had a shinmax helmet and the magnets on that were great, with a better quality visor.

Q: Can this cycle helmet with light is rechargeable and adjustable?

Yes, the LED helmet light is USB rechargeable and offers 3 modes of display... solid red, blinking red (my preference) and a slowly on/slowly off. One USB cable is included in package.
