Berol Fabric Pens - Pack of 12

Been having fun with these with my six year old, they are alot like felt tip to use but unlikefelt tips the colour hasn't bled when applied to fabric.Recently purchased some fabric paint pens which were great for me but my daughter struggled to use them so purchased these to make it a simpler and more enjoyable activity for her.She's totally drawn on one bag all by herself and I drew outlines of her favourite characters so she could colour them in on otherd, we were able to do much more intricate designs with these, I did make a mistake with one pen but found if you wash it with washing up liquid and warm water within five minutes of applying it comes off cleanly without leaving any staining and didn't wash the already dried design off along with it.The pens can smudge if touched before they dry so just be careful (unlike myself) not to lean your hand on a bit you've just drawn.Once the designs completed place a clean cotton towel over it and iron for around 1/2 minute's on the cotton settting without steam and it'll completely set the design on the fabric.Great for jazzing up any plain clothing, shopping bags etc

Brilliant pens. Bought for my daughter and her friends to decorate some fabric shoppers. Miscalculated on the shopper size - they were huge. Rather worried that the would run out of ink trying to decorate them all. However, the pens were still going strong after 6 girls spent well over an hour solidly colouring and testing them all out. It was a mammoth session and not a single pen ran out.Nice strong colours, ink flows well on rough heavy cotton, washes fine and still going strong. What more could you ask for?Amazing how many times I have used them since - for labelling items, fancy dress, halloween and about to use them again for a christmas costume outfit for one of my girls.

I have had these before and after 5 years of use (only a few weeks per year for school trips) they were drying out so I upgraded to the latest version. Worked well and were bright colours. Didn't bleed through to the back of the shirt which was good as many pens do this. Good for the price.

It is a good item I purchased it to write labels for the storysacks I sew. They have an ideal grip and would be ideal for children to use to write on t-shirts or canvas bags. i looked at other pens but purchased these as they were good value for money.

So disappointed with these. Bought them to draw on my daughter's white duvet set. It worked okay although the green bled over the lines quite a bit. I followed the instructions to fix the ink but when my daughter spilt her water on the bed, all the green ink ran. I washed the sheets and the green has come out completely (see before and after pictures). It's almost like the green was a normal washable pen and not a fabric pen at all? The other colours were fine, hence 2 stars.

Bought as a gift to colour a t-shirt and I am reliably informed that they work well, and will continue to be useful.

Used for drawing on canvas shoes. Better on the finer material as I found mens high-top converse needed paint for better coverage.
