got these for my daughter who suffers hyper mobility as her teacher suggested cool packs they use at school. easy to use and wraps around children or adult knees/arms. Freeze packs are good quality and cool easily. durable and useable.

Therapy in a Jiffy!!
These are perfect for a knee injury. The wrap around casing is perfect and does its job well. Only one problem, my husband did not follow the instructions properly and let one sachet explode in the microwave!! shame because he needed the two (one hot, one cold) to use in succession!!
