I love this flavor and it helps me to drink more water. It’s a little too sweet so I add it to 35ozs of water.

I'm hooked on prime hydration. The taste is so good, not salty at all. For one packet I stretch it out in 3 16 oz cups. I like it a little watered-down. This flavor is not like lemonade nor like sprite, it's definitely more lime forward. Very fresh. I'd recommend, definitely!

WHAT I LOVE: - I absolutely LOVE that prime powdered their hydration drink into an 0n-the-go product that you can slip into any sized pocket, purse, clutch or even wallet. -I NEVERRR travel anywhere, and I mean ANYWHERE, unless I have two boxes in my carry-on bag. - THEY WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE On every occasion. Whether you're having a sluggish day, you're hungover from the night before or you're in post-workout recovery mode, this powder will completely bring you back to life on all occasions (as it puts all the needed & depleted electrolytes back into your system) -Hydrating and not loaded with sugar like other "sports drinks" (They dont add crazy sugars & the ngredient list is short, straightforward and doesn't contain a bunch of random chemicals -And they're low-cal! I think its about only 20 calories total. ONLY DOWNSIDE: I wish the box contained at least 1-2 more packets for the price

This is one of the best products and it goes a long way. I'm not fond of sweetness so 1 stick will do an entire gallon of water. When you mix it, keep in mind that not all minerals like cold water. So before you add your ice, go ahead and mix it into your room temp water and shake it through. Then add your ice cubes.

Bought for my son as an alternative to buying the bottles, which are always hard to find where we live. They passed the teen challenge, he really liked it so these will be my go to from now on. Def a value for the money.

So the lemon lime flavor tasted like drinking something poisonous, like a bathroom cleaner. The ingredients of the drink mix is slightly different than the bottled version. The bottled version ingredients start with water, coconut water concentrate, and citric acid. The mix ingredients start with [water that we add], citric acid, and then coconut water, which implies it has a lot more acid -- and you can taste it. There are some other random things in the mix that aren't in the bottled version. Anti-caking agents maybe? Though for the record, the Ice Pop flavor tastes fine. It still tastes a bit different from the bottled version, and you can kiiiinda taste that bathroom cleaner-ish quality if you really focus on it (the citric acid I assume), but the lemon lime flavor is so much worse. Like disgustingly so. I threw out the lemon lime box, but I've kept the ice pop box. Though not sure if I'll order it again. For the price, I'll probably just stick with the bottles.

If you like sour hydration drinks, this flavor is terrific although you feel like you need to drink more of it it’s very addicting and I think very expensive. I only purchased it because I had a gift card.
