I was very happy with this purchase. The chair was easier to assemble than I thought it would be. I love the look of the chair. It is reasonably priced for the quality. It's very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this chair.

We received this chair yesterday. It is very well made and very easy to assemble. My husband was able to assemble it quickly with no problems. It is very comfortable and looks great. It came quickly, price was great and it was well packed to avoid damage. It has back support and padded seat with moveable arms.

This chair is great. Very easy to put together, I especially liked that the screws were all individually packaged and the instructions were extremely clear. It is quite comfortable. I needed a chair with a deeper seat and this definitely has that and goes quite high. I would highly recommend it.

The installation was fairly straightforward, although getting the bolts to align correctly was awkward, when attaching the chair back.The chair appears to be sturdy and comfortable for a tall person; I am 5'4" and cannot bring the seat low enough to allow my feet to touch the floor (but this chair is not for me; it will be used by a taller person). The seat back is somewhat adjustable, but does not come straight up sufficiently to provide back support for someone who wants to sit up straight; in the most upright position it is still somewhat leaned back.The arm rests work well.

Hard for one person to put together. The arms were an absolute monster to install without stripping the screws. The plastic/rubber cap on the lift mechanism won't come off as indicated in the half written instructions. (Literally, the sentence was not complete regarding the cap on the lift.) I've cracked the cap trying to pull it off and unscrew it with a pair of pliers. I've got the seat and back together but it's too heavy for me to lift onto the base lift mechanism. The email for customer support is a joke, they never responded to my questions. So I can't even sit in the chair to test it's comfort. And after waiting for more than a week for the chair, putting it together for the most part, I found a tear in the leather. I forgot to inspect the seat and chair back before assembly. Usually I would return a defective item, but this would be a huge pain to disassemble, repack and ship back. The chair is very heavy and would be more trouble than it's worth. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. I should have gone to Office Depot where I could have tested out a chair for comfort and had it assembled for me. I would not recommend buying a chair online.Addendum: I've had the chair for over a month and it is very uncomfortable. I must use pillows to make it more suitable and situate my body so that I have better lumbar and neck support. I would not recommend this chair for comfort. I'm going to the store and try one out before buying. Should have done that in the first place. Very disappointed.

I bought this chair for my classroom, and it is perfect. The assembly is very intuitive, and everything is packed very well. I would like the option of not adding the arms, but they do fold up out of the way. Great product!

quality is good, rocking is good. fixing was a bit difficult but overall faster assembling time. height is really good and the seating size has good space.back rest height is good for 5'10'' person. stable, value for money.

If you're looking for a budget chair for big n tall folks who work from home, this one will do very well for you. It's not as feature filled as a more expensive chair, but you sacrifice the features for standard comfort. The seat and back are cozy and the seat is wide and has room where I can sit inappropriately with my legs crossed, even at 270lbs. I have a bad back and had back surgery several years ago, and my previous chair was very expensive, but broke after a big move and some terrible demon cats. This chair was an emergency purchase as I couldn't have my back aching in a broken chair. My back feels great, especially with a lumbar cushion from my old chair to add a bonus level of comfort.Assembly was easy-- lining up the arm rests are always a struggle, but if you can get them in most of the way and onto the gas lift, it's a bit easier to get everything evened out. Took me about a half hour to put together on my own.If you're looking for a good budget chair for a larger person that's comfortable and easy, but lacks bells and whistles of a more expensive chair, this is a good bet.
