Great paper, very thick and holds the meat juices inside perfectly. I got the large roll that should easily last the summer season out. Would highly recommend for the price.

I ordered this paper to wrap a brisket on my bbq. I'd seen it used in videos on the Internet to wrap meat during cooking. Also the top bbq pit masters say it keeps the meat moist but also keeps the ball on the outside. This paper did the trick. Worked a treat and there's lots left in the roll. Was delivered next day too. Very pleased

I specifically bought this version because it mentioned a tube which I thought would make for easy storage over the winter. It did NOT come with any such tube, it's just shrink wrapped. I could have bought this from somewhere else if I hadn't wanted the tube for storage. I can't send it back as I need butcher paper the day after tomorrow and there's no time to re-order from somewhere else. Other than that, it's perfectly good quality wrap.

Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach einem vernünftigen Butcher-Paper zum Smoken. Da das Paper im Moment in aller Munde ist will natürlich auf einmal jeder sein spezielles Paper auf den Markt bringen. Mitunter sind leider einige dabei die nicht nur Zellophan mit drin haben sondern auch Wachse etc. was beim zubereiten von Lebensmitteln beim Grillen nicht sehr gut ist ! Dieses Butcher Paper ist daher top geeignet, frei von Zusatzstoffen. Es hat eine angenehme Dicke, wodurch sich das Gargut wunderbar verpacken lässt ohne störrisch zu wirken ! Zudem hält es dicht, es läuft keine Flüssigkeit raus. Geliefert wird es in einer praktischen Tube, wo es sich nach Gebrauch wieder ordentlich verstauen lässt !
