It's been quite awhile since I've used this but was reminded of it just now as a friend is having trouble with anxiety. I am going to recommend this to her. I have recommended it before. No side effects. Just works. I have noticed that after awhile the effect can wear off but by that time I am feeling better enough anyway. Don't be afraid to try it.
