The puzzle is solved when you get it but not sure why anyone would be annoyed about this, some reviewers saying they gave it to a charity shop because they couldn't give it as a gift as was intended, others leaving one star reviews saying they can't put it back in the box after jumbling up the numbers because all the numbers fall out due to the wrapping having to be removed. Simple solution guys, tightly pulled cellophane...see my photo. It's not difficult and you can't tell and then you'll still be able to give it as a gift.

Great puzzle.Fortunately I had read the comments on Amazon, so the first thing I did was shuffle the numbers up and reclosed the box.ever since then, no one has been able to solve it. That is the only reason for losing a star.

No one can do it!
No one can do it. Opened on Christmas Day and still not done on 6.1.17. (I have photographed it but not looked or told anyone else I have done so!) It's produced some interest and strategies.

One of the tougher puzzles.
Difficult. My wife thought it would be easy and might help with her insomnia, but now I think she may be ready to throw it onto the ground and stamp on it!Comes ready solved, so watch that.

Great puzzle for my math genius son! Good quality and nicely presented although very annoyed that if comes already solved! Would of been 5 stars if the solution wasn't staring you in the face as you opened it!!

Puzzle arrives already solved :-(
Bought this for my sister-in-law who loves puzzles. however, when it arrived, nicely sealed and packaged, each line of the puzzle was in the correct order. I carefully opened the box, thinking I could move the numbers around and repack it. But could not get puzzle back into the box without them falling off the stand so ended up donating it to the charity shop. Disappointing.

really good.
Arrives with puzzle solved so had to open up and change before I gave it to my dad as a present. This was fiddly as had to Sellotape it back in shape. But other than that, really good.
