Taste is accurate to description. Who can tell the benefits?
They taste as described--bitter with a hint of apricot fruitiness. Imagine a bitter almond with a fruity aftertaste. They aren't bad. The packaging says to only eat a few a day for the health benefit. It is impossible to tell exactly how effective they are. I like the idea of natural supplemental superfoods, but the effect can seem very subjective. I think the cost per effective serving is very reasonable, so, if there is a chance that these help reduce the risk of various illnesses, then I think it's worth it. Doesn't seem like "snake oil" to me. Time will tell, I guess.

Exactly what I wanted. 5-6 kernels leaves a pleasant effervescence. More than that & the bitterness comes out.
