The 2.2 lb. Bag contains approx. 200 sticks of cinnamon. The sticks come wrapped in a cloth bag and sealed in plastic packaging. The bag shows its expiration date. The sticks average between 2.5 to 3 inches in length. Because this cinnamon is warehoused, packed and distributed by the Indian Spice Trading Company in New York, the cinnamon has lost a bit of its scent in transit, but still retains plenty of taste and spice/heat level.Clean, with no mold or mildew.

I crumble them into my whole coffee beans and grind them together to make my brew. These sticks are perfect for that purpose. Reasonably priced as well and very fast delivery! Thanks!

I was excited to receive these cinnamon sticks, but as soon as I opened the bag, I was hit with a strong chemical smell—nothing like cinnamon. It was more like shoe adhesive or some kind of industrial solvent. There’s no way I’m using these in food. I feel like they are contaminated with whatever industrial solvent they use to make their bags or to glue them. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable source!
