Tasty and good for you
This is one of our favorite flavors. I love the fact that I can drink this and not feel like I'm drinking something because I have to. You can also dress it up with sparkling water not just still.Bonus is the fact that it has hydration built into the formula. It is not as strong as other hydration drinks. So, if you're looking for something strong, you'd have to do 2-3 packets in a day to meet the demand of one packet of a competitor that is aiming to be an Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS)... However, sometimes, less is more. As someone with a chronic GI disease who relies upon oral rehydrators, there are days when some of the stronger rehydrating packets can make me feel ill. So I love the fact that with Salud, I can control how much I'm taking in and it tastes good!Another thing to consider when making this purchase is the cost per oz or packet. It's more economical to buy via Amazon than at the store or on the Salud website due to their shipping cost.

Good buy!
Was looking for Liquid IV as that’s what I normally use but the flavors weren’t catching my attention so I took a chance on this brand. Well worth it! The Guava flavor is really good. Dissolves easily, not overpowering. I even made it into a mocktail with some spirit and it was super good! I’ll definitely be buying more.

This Flavor it's ok...What I like is that it has vitamins D, C, B6, B12 etc...I just wished can can create a pack with all flavors, many of us have different taste buds so we can find the one that taste best for everyone...

I contemplated a lot before purchasing because there were so many flavors to choose from. I was in need of an electrolyte drink that had no sugar or sugar substitutes that suit my health. When I saw this cucumber/lime combo I was ecstatic as this is one of my favorite drinks to have.It smells better than it tastes from my experience :( Definitely smells like the combo but the taste was not really that good. Maybe I need to add ice to it or add it to more oz of water (I tried it with 16oz). I may come back once I try that def wanna give it another chance.Maybe to someone else it may taste delicious so I'd still recommend!
