Nice looking little coffee brewer and works well. I didn't carefully read about the iced coffee function, thinking that it would brew cold. Once I researched the process I realized that it does indeed make a great cup of concentrated coffee to serve over ice. I like using the permanent filter and it is easy to clean. They grey color is perfect for my kitchen. Would recommend this coffee maker.

Update!!! The company reached out to me directly. Provided me a refund and a replacement unit on them. I didn't accept a replacement but the company does care. I updated to 5 stars due to that very reason. Customer service is outstanding.I wanted to love this. I really did. But for some reason - every cup I brew tastes burnt. Like the water is too hot that is scolds the coffee. I wish I could return it but I already got rid of the box. I tried five different kcups to make sure that it wasn't just needing to get through the first "few" to acclimate- but alas - I ordered a Kuerig bc I can even drink it - I tried. Now I'm just wasting kcups trying to enjoy my purchase. Off to the thrift store it goes. 😒

The company contacted me based on my review and said I must have a defective model. That gave me a full refund. So, 4 stars for customer service.Yes it makes coffee, yes, it’s hot coffee, boiling hot, maybe too hot for some. That’s the 2 best things I can say about this product. It’s much sloooower than other single brew makers I’ve had. But worst of all, it makes a mess! The coffee is dispensed with such force that it shoots out all over the counter and the maker itself.

We needed a coffee maker that used 1000 watts or less. We mostly dry camp and our inverter is 1000 watts. We wanted something compatible with K cups (we use reusable cups and fill them). This machine is compatible or you can use the reusable filter. There’s a selection also for ice coffee.While we like the Keurig brand, all their coffeemakers use too much power for our camper inverter. We are glad we bought this product. It’s well made.

Had this for 9 months and already stopped working . Can’t see an option to see if Amazon will replace and can’t find the booklet . Ugh

Everything seems to work ok, but not great. I have been making iced K-cup coffee for a long time, and I was disappointed with the weak iced coffee this machine produces. Coffee grounds accumulate around the part that pierces the K-cup, and is difficult to clean. The tray for the different holders for K-cups or the coffee filter does not come out, so cleaning it is difficult.I bought this to use in my RV, and I want a coffee maker that I don't have to hassle with.

It works great for both and its so easy clean and to work on favorite coffe

Coffee tastes very good and so hot, I have to add a little milk to cool it off a bit so it won’t burn my mouth. I had a few coffee makers in the past but this is by far the best. It takes up a little space and looks kind of elegant. Easy to clean too. Very happy with this item. I came to add an update after 4 months. The button doesn’t work, I have to reopen the lid numerous times and repush button to get it start, as it is just blinking red. Very upset that it only lasted for a few months
