Cakes bake evenly and release easily with no sticking at all. The pan feels sturdy and is easy to clean afterward. Great size for brownies, cakes, and tray bakes. Very happy with the quality.

The baking tin itself is fine, good quality, nice size will come in handy I’m sure for something. But not the air fryer! I read the reviews saying it was too big, measured my air fryer, it all seemed fine - but no it is bigger than it says ( I think just the lip round the edge ) and will not fit.

After a bit of research I found this carbon steel option was the better material so purchased (at half the price of the last one) and wowser! Perfect Yorkshire batter for my toad!
