I had my company order one of these to evaluate. The function to read resistivity to ground is broken. You are only supposed to have one of the two rails on the mat (the other one not touching anything), then use the cable to check resistivity to ground. The meter reads in the Dissipative" range when only one rail is touching the mat (occasionally, and brifly showing Insulative, but mostly Dissipative)., and the probe is not touching anything. I also ordered a $20 meter, and it works flawlessly. Returning this one.
