Size Up
Liked these enough to buy them again. Soft and not tight around the legs with cute prints. Remember to size up because they are 100% cotton. Photo shows same size (3T) before being washed and after being washed/dried several times. My son wears 18-24 month pants, sometimes 2T. But this underwear in 3T after being washed/dried is a great fit.
