Better than some $40 lights
I haven't used it at an event yet but I just tested it and it's fun. It reacts to clapping & sounds. I can imagine it's entertaining for kids. My eyes do hurt looking at the bump too closely, but for the price it's hard to complain.

Dance Party!
Bought this to use in my classroom. My kids earned a dance party and they LOVED it. Looked super cool...haven't quite figured out the remote though LOL

Doesn’t rotate 360
It doesn’t rotate like a disco ball, it just sort of oscillates back and forth. Kind of made me nauseated

It makes a weird noise
It squeaks when the motion sensor is turned on. Kind of spooky. It sounds like someone is screaming. I try to keep that feature turned off
