Very pleased. Good quality and looks great!

Make sure you don't have any cutout lettering in your design....for my logo, they filled it with the same color thread so the lettering was unreadable. The Embroidery itself is actually decent quality, but my product was unusable.

Attention to precise (digitizing) of logo and custom script embroidery (example adding a telephone) could be better/ more crisp as compared to other embroidery I ahve had done other places. Overall I am satisfied enough. Please note you (the one who orders) has to be precise (yourself) centering your logo and and added script.

I ordered a custom hat and used the built in customization system and it came out great. Colors are nice and saturated and I really like the quality of construction and the comfort of the hat.

Junk do not buy. I read some good reviews and decided to make a small bulk order. Now I’m stuck with worthless hats that look like absolute trash.
