I have owned this pull-out sofa bed for nearly one year, and I continue to appreciate its value. The assembly process was straightforward, allowing for quick installation in my living space. I spent several weeks studying convertible loveseat sleepers before considering my purchase. Reviewers on Amazon and multiple other retail sites almost unanimously gave very high ratings to the Serta loveseat (and sofa) sleepers. So, I went with the Serta in the Charcoal gray color. It took almost a month to receive my loveseat sleeper, but it was worth the wait. It arrived on my doorstep on a Saturday evening in a very large, heavy box. The shipping box was a little beat up, but inside the loveseat parts had been packed really well and everything was in pristine condition. I did need the assistance of a second person to get the loveseat unpacked and into my house. Aside from easily attaching the loveseat arms, there was no further assembly required. The back mechanism and pull-out footrest work smoothly and perfectly, converting to a full-size bed effortlessly. The upholstery fabric used for this loveseat is soft but looks durable. A contrasting white piping adds a nice design detail to the look. All of the cushioning of this loveseat is firm (but not too firm) and makes it more ideal for the sleeper function. Overall, this is a very solid piece of furniture that doesn't disappoint. I'm very happy with this purchase!

It’s a nice convertible couch. It’s fairly firm but I think that’s needed as a bed. Easy to convert from couch to bed. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Word of caution - it is a very heavy couch for its size. It arrived in 3 pieces - 2 arm sides and the entire middle portion of the couch. It works for us - we are using in a teen bonus living space.

This fits perfectly in our space. Beautiful sofa when not used as a bed. It’s a little on the firmer side. My 6’1 son fits comfortably on it.

I am blown away by the quality of this sleeper sofa! It is extremely comfortable as a sofa, and as a bed too! Very easy to put together. Extremely easy to pull out into bed version. Ive had many sleeper sofas over the years and this is by far the best. Highly recommend. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Sofa back does not stay in the upright position. Delivery was terrible. It was dropped on the sidewalk of the apartment building. Call Amazon told to call Serta. Called Serta, told to call True Innovations who actually build or import these. Called them no answer. Asked for an exchange from Amazon and was told they can't.
