Sniper Elite (Nintendo Wii)

Absorbing game, once on it hard to leave.

I'm not a hardcore gamer and played this game mostly in the evenings, just to relax after a long day's work. I found it well designed and addicting, even in the easy mode. Best way to play is with the Wii Zapper or similar game controller with Nunchuk incorporated as it's more comfortable to play. The game itself it's challenging enough to guarantee you stay glued to the screen trying to figure out the best way to approach the targets without being shot at (again, I'm more of a casual player, so I may not have the "finger-skills" of veteran players). The possibility to look at the area map is vey helpful and handy to organize your tactics in each scenario, but the map iteslf is not (rightfully) accurate, so you still need to explore and find your way around. There are some locations where you can find some additional ammuntions and first-aid kits that may come handy. I spent many evenings to reach the end of all the story (each chapter contains a number of sub-chapters to complete). After I completed the easy version I started the normal one and also got a flavor of the Elite level, and it's very deadly! I did not give 5 stars to this game for the following reasons:1) two scenarios require to wander off the indicated target area to complete and at first I thought the game had a bug;2) Only 7 saves are allowed per each scenario and for some it's not enough;3) Some graphics could be improved (you see guns or body parts sticking out from buildings (quite amusing)....

I found the WII version graphics were not as good as my PC version, I underestimated the power of the WII and am a little disappointed.

Purchased for a relative, when prised away from the games terminal she told me she was very happy.

At least the motion control elements are not too awful.

On the XBOX this game was good. But the WII controls have made the game almost unplayable. One for the cuboard. BAD. Just to add to my review I took this Game to two highstreet stores to trade it in. Neither would take it.So beware you could well be stuck with it.

Free form gaming, good maps and clever AI behaviour of enemies makes this game a good buy. The addition of a simple ballistic model also makes sniping at range more fun. The game rewards clever tactics, this is not Call of Duty charge and fire.

Sorry but grafics very poor , keep freezing up , price not bad even if it was waste , my son tried it for bit and said what a waste of time , not for us it can be good for u good luck and enjoy

A pesar de tener unos años ya, la tematica sabe entretener y consigue enganchar desde el primer momento con su historia.

Zur Überraschung war es auf Deutsch. Hab mich sehr gefreut da ich davon ausgeganen bin, daß es nur auf Englisch ist.

Love the game, but when I ordered it, it said nothing about being from another country to play, NOT HAPPY AT ALL
