DIY Small Wind Turbine Generator Kit and Light Strip for Backyard Decoration Free Energy Generator Garden Spinner Windmill Decor 18 Inches Diameter

My 17-yr old and I really enjoyed putting this together. The package contains more than we expected. Ours included a test bulb (not just the string lights) and a temporary PVC mount that was sturdy enough to stand up the windmill and blow a Dewalt shop fan on it for a successful test. Easy to assemble. Great instructions, perfect fit, even a spare nut, bolt, and blade. Bonus screwdriver and wrench included in ours. And it works!

This is a great little wind turbine. We installed it in our backyard and attached the lights to our shed and it worked wonderfully. Unfortunately we received some high winds around 70 m.p.h. one day and it came off of the pole we had it attached to and hit the ground hard, breaking two of the blades. I sent a note to the seller asking if I could purchase some blades and they sent me a complete set for free. Very nice people to work with. I would purchase this again.

So many fun after purchased this DIY wind turbine generator, great S.T.E.M gift for kids and unique backyard decoration. Easy to put all the parts together, my 4 years old can help and learn from it. Also have potential to add on your own idea, I added the snow flake LED light myself to welcome the first measurable snow on 2023. I connected two more led light strings to the wind turbine generator, it still work as usual, super cool watching all strings light up at the same time at windy days. Buy one more set half year later. Very high quality product, spinning very smoothly even in the breeze, and stay strong in high wind. Pretty led light strips light up at night, enjoy watching it day and night outside my windows.

The windmill is kind of easy to assemble. Looks nice and works good at the end.It comes with spare parts and a testing LED bulb. it doesn’t take a lot of wind to turn.

We love this windmill power generator. It was easy to put together and our 2 year old loves it. Bought it for his playground/treehouse. We can also use it to gage wind. Fun gadget and educational for kids

I use to teach children about renewable energy. Works great and its easy to use. You don't need too much wind strength, it works just fine with a fan.

One of the few wind turbines on the market that actually does what is in the description! The people that created this did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this product as a fun teaching experience for kids and adults, and it looks great!! Their customer service is also very good!!

Fun project for kids

Was always intrigued by wind generators as a child ' had a £500.00 one on a fishing boat ' wish I had the chance to have understood how to make one myself 'this clearly is one of the best presents to let your kids understand what is possible with simple materials at hand once they have assembled this great piece of fun for all to enjoy 😉

Bought as a bit of fun for the kids area of the garden. Mounted temporarily on a wooden batton but has been there for about a year. We are in quite a windy area so the lights come on quite a bit. Next thing is to add a battery and control unit so the lights stay on consistently!

Well equipped kit arrived in good order & assembly was straightforward w/ good instructions & even included tools. Quality seems good for the price. Mounted on a 6 ft high plant trellis w/ the included mounting bracket. Ran the included low voltage LED light string along a fence line. Specs say it will operate the LED light w/ a 2m/sec breeze (4.5 mph) but in a 10-12 mph breeze it would barely generate 2 volts. Double checked all wiring and connections, they were ok. Had to be really quite windy to generate enough voltage to light up the LED strip lights and then only momentarily in a strong wind gust. Both the LED light string and included LED test bulb lit up brightly when I plugged it in to a 5v cell phone charger f/ a wall socket. Disassembled & returned the item.

The LED light set quit working almost immediately after receiving. Everything else seems good. Tried to contact the seller and no reply.
