Too many side effects
I had such high hopes for this probiotic. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and my skin is the worst it has ever been, I am going to have to stop. I thought it may be candida die off but the symptoms will not subside..., I have bright red rashes on my cheeks and they initially caused a huge breakout of whiteheads on my face, chest and rashes on arms, back and hands. After the initial acne they have now severely sucked all the moisture out my skin and also caused severe dehydration. They have basically exhaserbating all my original symptoms (apart from acne which I never had before). Perhaps the dosage is too strong for my hypersensitive skin. I've even tried taking half a sachet every other day but it's still causing issues. My mum also taking them however and has had no side effects at all. Weird.

Not for U/C sufferers
I read that this would possibly help my ulcerative colitis. It hasn't. I had extreme stomach pains about 8 hours after taking it. My toilet visits were at 10 minute intervals approx' and that went on for 2 hours or so with much blood also . Nothing improved my U/C. It only acted like a strong laxative which I did not need. I feel the 'good bacteria' in this product really do survive the stomach acid and make it through to the gut -unlike most probiotics - but I am worse with them than I was without them. Expensive as well.

When posted, no ice pad was used to keep the product at the correct temperature.Now I have 30 sachets that I am not sure whether they will work or not.
