Exactly what I needed for my shoes - and my knees
I have now bought 4 pair of these. 2 pair are in dress shoes, 2 are in athletic shoes. I love the deep heel cup, and I love that they mold to your feet - and your shoes - simply by wearing them. I checked the first pair after about 10 hours of wear, and they were no longer flat, but had taken on the contour of both my feet and my shoe.(This is why you shouldn't move them from shoe to shoe, I suppose. )I am really looking forward to having appropriate support in each of my pairs of shoes, so that I walk a bit better (I supinate), and hopefully decrease my knee pain.

Stuff enough, supporting the right places, comfy
The soles are stiff in the right place and they did provide rapidly a change in posture and less pain. Exactly what I needed. I bought a second pair.

Almost great.
I really like the stiffness of the cork base. It gives a firm separation from whatever knobby tread pattern my shoes have, and that is good for my sole (and my soul, I suppose). They could be great if: there was a bit more (higher) arch support, and if the toe section were a bit wider (like for Altra original shoes).

Meh pair of insoles
Well they fo good in that the arch support doesn't flatten under weight. Sad that the cork feature is more like mostly resin as you can see in my pictures my pair have air holes. Not great. Put into my boots to try to walk to the mail box and back. Feet are in pain. Seem to lack in padding and I felt a bit wobbly in them. Guess just not for me. Oh and they offgass some sort of chemical smell pretty terrible. I had to let them sit in a garage before I even tried them. I can see these being an improvement over stock thin sneaker type foam insoles but sadly they didn't meet my needs. Knocked two stars off for the previous stated issues.

Great support, but not too stiff
Seems to be made no of a cork and rubber type mix. It is semi-rigid and flexible at the same time. I like that the bottom of the insole is flat so it doesn’t slip around in your shoe. I’ve laid for more than 10 custom orthotics that I can’t wear because they don’t fit right and this one went in my trail shoes and was just perfect. Flexible so your foot can move and flex like it’s supposed to but also holds its shape to provide arch support and keep my foot from rolling off my shoe. These are the best by far. As for other people’s comments that they thought this was too hard and want squishy- squishy is not supportive. This is a supportive insole like it is meant to be.

Loudest insoles
These things are awful! They are cheap quality and are extremely loud! Try walking into a meeting with these on. You definitely won’t sneak up on no one in these loud things! I have never worn a pair of insoles that were noisy! Horrible! Waste of money!

Didn’t do anything for me.
These were a nice insole, but if you’re looking for relief for Pf, don’t waste your money
