I used the taste to make Tom Yum roast chicken. The recipe was easy and the taste was both amazing but also different from anything I have made before. I am always looking for new flavours and I found a great one :)

Perfect for quick Tom yum soup if you don’t have a lot time

This is my favourite paste to make tom yum soup. I really love Thai products and food 😊

I'm not an expert on Tom Yum pastes but I've tried a few brands and this is a perfectly decent version in my view. A teaspoon or two will produce a deeply flavoured and aromatic soup with that underlying shrimp paste funk that you either love or hate.You'd struggle to find this in many areas and the pack price (especially with S&S discount) was cheaper than I found anywhere online even before postage. Thumbs up.

Although it had regular Tom Yum flavouring it had little to no heat. I added some more paste but it was making it too salty and still it was very mild so I added some raw chillies. It's not as good as the curry pastes and I'm tempted to use a thai curry paste (the red one) next time I make Tom Yum.

Flavour is really tasty. Great value for money. On first opening i squeeze all the paste into the tub and cover with a piece of baking paper which makes it easier to use. Have already ordered the bigger tub cause love it so much
