Timely delivery but product stink..
I ordered ink thinking it was a new product, but it turned out to be remanufactured—which wasn’t clearly stated, not sure if it matters. When I inserted it into my printer, I immediately got a printhead error, and now my printer won't function properly. I tried to return it, but apparently, it's non-returnable. I'm out $40 for something that doesn't even work. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
