Some great questions for the modern generation but a little too easy to get the cheese.
We bought this to replace a much older edition where the questions just didn't relate to most people alive today. The questions here are great and cover a good range of topics. Our chief frustration is with the change to the game design which means it is very difficult NOT to make quick progress. As long as you move forwards, you get the cheese even if you don't answer the question correctly. This part feels like it was designed by a very considerate primary school sports day organiser who is determined to make sure that everyone is a winner. I say that as a retired Secondary Head who had a Primary Sports teacher and another teacher at the table with him! It's still a great game, but, seriously, it should take some skill to win!

New play style
I enjoyed this style of play, questions are great with a good variety. Much quicker than the old way of playing, dice only goes to three so you get a few opportunities to get a category before moving on. If you didn't like the slow older style this could be a great option for you

Great for the noughties generation
It's a quality game just an up to date version of the original to allow the younger generation to play. Great fun at christmas.

The questions are good but the new game style isn’t.
Way too different from the original. Couldn’t understand it properly so now we just use these questions with the original board.

3+ players needed at least but fairly good
This version is not easy but does allow those with more "limited" knowledge to pass questions onto the rest of the players so they can still keep in the game. Worth a look but more suited to 3 or more players than just 2

Poor presentation
The lid of the box was crushed and scratched I was very sad to get this

What a great game for the value.this replaced my parents older original trivial pursuit board game. most questions are based on events or pop culture form 2000's an up. difficulty level is a lot easier than previous generations of the game, but still challenging enough for older players to still be fun. I see some other reviews mention that it is a very Americanized game and does not do service to players from other parts of the globe - this may have some truth behind it ... I am from Canada (close enough to the States i guess) and i have no problem with any of the pop culture references. As a family oriented board game, this gets two big thumbs up at under $15.

Components are ok and the product is of good quality. But the major issue would be the questions which are not easy and neither are they relevant. And youll end up skipping most questions.

Welcome Amazon AU.. Very fast delivery, easy to navigate on both pc & smart phones, will be using more often. The game was one the family has been wanting for a while.. it was just a really good price on Amazon..

We love this game! So easy to use and the questions are fun! My 13 year old is able to answer some questions and is learning a lot from the others. It is a semi quick game so attention is not quickly lost, but too fast to cost more than $25. The pieces are sturdy, but are definitely choke hazards if you have little ones around as you play. We put ours in a snack size baggy to keep from losing them.

My wife and I really love the new format! Without going into too much detail, the colors on the board and the rules of the game have been adjusted so that the game can be completed in 30 minutes or so. Sometimes we tweak the rules to make the game a bit longer, and sometimes we don't. Sometimes we play best 2 out of 3, which isn't really an option with other versions of Trivial Pursuit. We have plenty of trivia games and plenty of other versions of Trivial Pursuit. When we want a more "traditional" game, we just play one of the other versions. We both feel this version of the game is a nice variation and (most importantly) it's fun to play.
