Menopause, dry itchy skin relief
With the menopause came itchy skin, arms, shoulders & décolletage being the worst. I have scars now where I have broken the skin with scratching. Topical remedies halp to a certain extent. Then I read an article that claimed nettle tincture would help as it counters the effect of the hormone changes from within. This makes sense to me, treat like with like & this itching feels just like nettle rash.I'm now a few months in & all my scratches are healed. I still use anti itch cream because my skin is very dry. I started with 20 drops twice per day, but have settled on between 10 & 15 twice per day. Please try it.
