With High Five Oil there's not only olive oil, but you also have the addition of four other amazingly nutritious oils. As you would expect, it's great with salads, pasta, rice, vegetables, meat dishes, stir fries, and pretty much most dishes that take your fancy. Take five virgin cold-pressed seed and fruit oils. Mix to a perfect blend of essential omega acids 3, 6 and 9, and Vitamin E.
