I have not had the time to work with this editing photo program as it’s massive by going through it’s drop down boxes, it looks to be as big as photoshop. I am looking forward to working with it soon it’s easy and quick to install with plenty of instructions to help with the installation. It comes with a full working manual in pdf format plus questions and answers section and contact instructions if any problems should arises I highly recommend this Seller Pixel Classics , as being genuine and supportive of their software and and for keeping in touch with me right up to receiving my two DVDs (Libre Office and Gimp photo editing program) as I received well within the specified postal time. I hope this review helps to make up your mind if you’re in search of quality replacement programs at a very reasonable price and good value for two excellent products.

A good app but not used - didn't want to spend time learning my way around a new app

Very dissapointed with this product, would not recommend to anyone, limited to many tools, difficult to navigate, I expected a 'depth of field' I have photoshop elements 6, this GIMP Photo Editor 2025 does not come even close to an old photoshop version. not a happy bunny with this product.

My old Photoshop Pro runs on XP. As an occasional user of such software, GIMP seemed a good value choice. Well... this is a very comprehensive package for a professional. It is not easy to use or intuitive first use. Youtube tutorials will help you. As an amateur, this is may not be for you. I will persevere. Update: It gets better with trial and error. Masses of options - don't get lost inside the pop down menus!

Beware.. this is available FREE direct from the GIMP website as are updates. What you are paying for is that it's on disc and there is email support provided (although I have no idea how good it is). If this adds value to you then the money is worth it but otherwise download it for free. I bought it because I saw the word "premium" and wrongly assumed it came with additional features, which it doesn't, my own fault. The product itself is good. Think of it like Open Office vs Microsoft Office.. does a good job but not quite as good.
