I just live this. Exactly what I needed asy previous washing line (that was veeery ooold indeed) had snapped. I only have a small yard (around 4m²) and this line goes up and down it , twice, in one go. Seems very sturdy, there is a mould on the plastic in the underside of the mechanism that keeps your line taut so it doesn't sag, it doesn't seem to have any lock other than this. But my previous line has just suffered from the sun beating down on it for too long over time (it was already in place before I rented ), but with this handy little thing, no more of that and I just love the ease of use. Would recommend it at the price.

As it states on the instructions . Very easy to use. When opened box seemed a bit flimsy BUT works perfectly.

Easy to install one line . Should have paid a bit more for a 2 line. I have to wrap the line around the head of casing as it sags quite a lot . Does the job the line is thin but retracts well quite sturdy. Haven't had a retractable line before next time will buy a more expensive one.

Great long line. Easy to secure .

This was just what I was after. Very long line, that retracts when not needed. Solid build and works well. The retraction could be stronger so drops one star. Otherwise happy with it

Replacing our old unit, this was a simple unit, easy to install two screws and voilà, my clothes are hanging out feelin' fresh :)
