Fit my STANDARD sized Kohler drain, but not my aftermarket deep drain w/plastic threads
This fit from the top or the bottom, to keep the drain from turning when installing. Not sure why others had a problem "not fitting." I used this on my kitchen sink. I probably won't ever need it again, but it's here just in case I do. 3 days later, I saw, because amazon pushed to me through advertising, a deeper drain that I will probably prefer. This wrench WILL be used again so I am glad I have it. Looks like I may be a pro by the end of the year if this keeps up. After receiving my new deep drain, this wrench does NOT fit it. My new drain has plastic threads and a plastic nut so if this is the type of drain you have, this will not work for that. I do not know if they make a wrench compatible with the plastic deep drains. After looking at SEVERAL similar wrenches, I chose this because the bar could be placed into either end as opposed to the center of the wrench. This helps you hold it and provide resistance getting a better grip on it. Good choice and I have no complaints.

A must have, in my opinion
Totally happy with this tool. I had tried installing a bathtub drain in a very tight spot with pliers and even a pipe wrench, but both were too big and awkward. This fit perfectly over the nut and because it was flat, it cinched tight and allowed me to tighten the drain to the tub. Couldn't have done the task without it.

To thin for application, not strong enough.
Needs to be stronger too thin men’s really easy. I will have to try something else to fix the problem.
