Love the taste. One of the best chocolates. Ordered from amazon for Valentines Day which got messed up. Was shipped in a padded envelope and came crushed... Also one of the pieces was actually missing. Seems to have fallen out in the shipping warehouse. Listed as not returnable and no refunds Had to call and complain to resolve this. Bad shipping, but great product.

Ragusa is the best but the price is not - needless to say I will not purchase again due to the cost of the item

The chocolate is delicious but the cost plus shipping was ridiculous. If you have the time and don’t care about the price then buy it! This is a treat.

The reship of my original order finally arrived. It was a worthwhile wait. We are big time Ragusa fans
