After trying too many pillows trying to find something that works for me I was reluctant to spend the 70 on this. I finally won the pillow gamble. Cervical pillows are always too hard and high and contort my neck in strange ways and feel like head prisons rather than something that is supposed to be comfortable. I passed out after 15 minutes just trying this pillow out after it was delivered.I'm usually someone who starts out trying to sleep on my back and then typically tosses and turns until sunrise. But then I always wake up on my side. This pillow alled me to sleep comfortably in the position my body naturally prefers without hurting my arm neck or shoulder in the process. Its SOFT and supportive. Ear hole is perfect since I wear earplugs to drown out my snoring boyfriend.Finally getting decent sleep thanks to this pillow.

I have searched high and low for years to find a pillow that will not hurt my neck, shoulder or make me wake up with a headache because of sleeping in a weird position all night. I have probably spent several hundreds of dollars on pillows trying to find one that will work, only to be disappointed. I've been in two car accidents that gave me whiplash and I eventually developed fibromyalgia, so my neck is a serious issue. The first night on the pillow was a little difficult to get use to, but after that it is wonderful. Sleeping straight, no neck or shoulder pain! It's almost a miracle! I love the indentation for your ear, I never thought of that being an issue for me before. The shape keeps my head straight and supports my neck so I don't wake up with a headache. I would recommend this pillow for anyone who is a side sleeper and has head, neck and shoulder issues.

I bought this and the "AMZDOTD Side Sleeper Pillow Body Pillow for Adults Ear Hold Memory Foam Contoured Pillow Neck Shoulder Pain Relief Removable Washable Cover - J-Shaped Pillow for Stop Snoring 1 Pack White"I am a 5'9" height male at 180 lbs and both of these fit around my shoulders and torso nicely but definitely a cozy fit. The foam is very soft, so a larger frame person may not be impacted by the narrow torso opening.Both pillows are comfortable and have a nice recess for the ear.My preference was the "AMZDOTD Side Sleeper" as I found the foam softer...more like a true memory foam instead of just a cut foam sheet. Also, the stem of the shape on the "AMZDOTD Side Sleeper" does not have the groove/cut-out for your arm. I found this helpful when placing the pillow stem behind my back as it would reduce the likelihood of me rolling on top of the pillow while sleeping.Overall, good value, but if you like a softer, lower pillow then maybe consider another option.
