Great support for the knee, also keeps it warm during cold months. I have had a different make with a knee cushion, which slips down after a while when walking. This one does not even on a 4 hr walk.

Stayed up for less than 5 minutes before rolling down my leg. Totally useless.

My measurements are 14 1/2 inches, on the high end of Medium. I wanted firm support, and this is what these give me. They are very comfortable, and I wear them all day. The band at the top that has the silicone beading is a little bit tight, so I turned it over, they don't slide down. I am 5'4" and weight 150. I did what the Web site suggested and ordered the size that would give me a tighter fit. Very satisfied with the fit and color Beige.
