Great Customer Service & Product
I had an issue with the wiring harness, contacted the company and they offered a solution right away, no playing games. The lights work well as advertised.

Don’t buy these whip lights
Bought two sets of these whip lights. Neither worked. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. You can text a Pennsylvania number only to get another useless text. Buy elsewhere

I had the same issue as described, "they say they are connected on the app...."Yes the controller box is connected but the connectors out of the controller box to the whips are not plugged in all the way.Once I made sure the whips were plugged in all the way everything worked as expected.I can control from the app or the supplied remote.

Whip lights never turned on they say they are connected on the app thats how i know it is wired correctly but tried all the colors and not one turned on….
