On ingredient side, i don't understand need to add Sugar alchohol (erythritol) when there are plenty other natural options available. Long term effects of erythritol are definitely not good. I bought these as they were cheap compared to other medical supplements for hair loss. Have eaten them daily for about a month but haven't seen any benefits. Infact I believe they accelerated my hair loss on the contrary. Better consult a doctor and get a recommended product

Bought this on Nov last year, and have to say that it did stop my hair fall (which was not very severe). Not much change it could see on my fingernails or skin, but those weren't my concerns anyways. Took 2 gummies a day, and the gummies have sharp taste make my jaw weak hahaha
