I ordered these few weeks ago, but I was out of town. My bf got the package and put them under the sink where we store cleaning supplies. I completely forgot I’d ordered them, I found them today and remembered I bought them because I read reviews saying they don’t get that awful funky sponge smell. I love using sponges, but the stink is tough to take. Anyway, I decided to try one out on the sink full of dishes that had piled up because it’s been so hot where I live and our kitchen is too small for a dishwasher. The sponge almost made it fun to do the dishes. The job was certainly faster, and easier. Because it had been awhile, I was expecting some scrubbing, but I just flipped that little guy over to the scrubby side and everything came right off, even egg gunk on a plastic spatula. I would normally have had to scrub like crazy to get that clean. A pass or two with the sponge, done. Also, it made a squeaking sound on many of our dishes, I don’t know why but I found that sound satisfying. These are the best sponges I’ve ever used! I’ll have to wait and see on the smell factor but for cleaning, fantastic!

Totally incredible. Lasts for weeks, even a month with no signs of wear. Very soft sponge side makes for thick lather when soaped, but somehow didn’t start to tear for a month of daily use. Scrub side is equally strong and surprisingly effective. Wire-like plastic works within reason; importantly, it is easy to pflush pieces of crud when done. Is also easy to squeeze out water when finished, doesn’t hold water and ooze, and I’ve never had one develop a stink.

We have black quartz counters and a copper sink. These sponges look good, work great and are incredibly durable. Will order again and again!

I like the black color but this sponge is not very absorbent for wiping drips on countertops which is what I needed. Maybe it'll be good otherwise, cleaning, soaking up spills, etc.

I got these to go with my dark brown & black cor scheme. They fit in great. Thdy go perfectly with ky dish washing brushes. So far, they're great sponges. They've got two distinctly differenr textures on opposite sides. Making them very useful.

Some of the best sponges I've ever used. I plan kn buying more they last they don't crumble the don't leave a bad smell. I've washed in the washer. Definitely on my repurchase list.

First off, these are black and not the outdated primary colors that scrub sponges come in. I leave my sponge out in a special holder near my sink. I have been looking for a black sponge for dishes for a long time as this would compliment my kitchen design. I was happy to find these and they did not disappoint. The scrub side does a great job without scratching and the sponge side works as a sponge should. It is holding up well and I have not noticed any fallout from the scrubber or sponge.

Began falling apart after a week. Don't waste your money
