This is a masterpiece of thrillers!
"Run on Red" by Noelle W. Ihli is an absolute thrill ride from the very first page! The tension and suspense are palpable—I felt the fear, the panic, and the desperation as if I were right there in the car, the truck, and the crawl space. The writing is so vivid and immersive that I couldn't put it down. I wish I could give this book 10 stars! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gripping, edge-of-your-seat experience!Noelle W. Ihli masterfully crafts a story that is both terrifying and exhilarating. The characters are well-developed and relatable, which only heightens the tension as you become more invested in their fates. Each twist and turn kept me guessing, and just when I thought I had it figured out, Ihli threw in another curveball that left me reeling. The pacing is relentless, and the atmosphere is thick with suspense. I found myself holding my breath during some scenes, unable to tear my eyes away from the page. The author's ability to evoke such strong emotions is truly remarkable. It felt like I was experiencing everything alongside the characters—the fear, the urgency, and the sheer will to survive."Run on Red" is not just a book; it's an experience. It's the kind of story that stays with you long after you've turned the last page, leaving you with a lingering sense of awe and adrenaline. If you're a fan of suspenseful, heart-pounding thrillers, this book is a must-read. Noelle W. Ihli has delivered a masterpiece that deserves every bit of praise and more.

Definitely a page turner!
Run on Red is a great read and was hard for me to put down. The suspense builds up throughout the story and has a few twists in it. It’s a good book for teens or young adults. I’d recommend it!

3.5 full of suspense, a few eye rolls
3.5 stars ⭐️ A pretty good suspense filled novel with only a few eye rolls. I mean seriously…but it kept me engaged. Not the best from Noelle Ihli but certainly not the worst book I have read this year. I’ll read more of her books. I like that they are fast paced and can be finished in a day or two, depending on distractions (work, eating, errands)

Another great read
I have read now three books by this author. I really enjoyed the whole twists turns and surprises. I was engaged and felt like I was there. I love how this author deals with very real issues that happen every day to women.

This book had my pulse racing!
Run on Red was a fast-paced race from the first page. From the point Olivia and Laura lost cell service... to the terrifying car chase with them literally running for their lives..and every step after that....each page led me to the place where my mother's instinct made me want to reach into the pages of my Kindle and snatch the two girls away from the horrifying masked stalkers so I could bring them to safety! A wild ride of emotions. Good book. And a good warning for all of us... To be careful who we trust. A wolf in sheep's clothing will still smell and sound like a wolf if we will only pay attention. I gave 4 stars because I would have enjoyed getting to know Tish more... And maybe a bit more background on each of the characters. I think it would have made the betrayal... Even more chilling.

Second book by this author because the first one wasn't enough 😅 This one was soo good that I didn't realize how quickly I'd read through it until I was nearly done! Captivating, thrilling, TERRIFYING. I swear I had an adrenaline rush just from reading what was asking place in the book. Sooo stinking good!

Good read
This was a really good story right up until the end. It wrapped up too quickly. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

Good book
I saw this book on a TikTok and I instantly wanted to read it, so I went to Barnes and Noble and they told me they don’t carry it so I checked Amazon & here it was. I was SO excited for this book - the reviews had me very impatient to receive the book and start reading it. It came and I read it in about 4 hours. I started it the same night it was delivered, but I wasn’t thrilled as I read the first few chapters. I decided to try again the next day because I wanted this book so badly. I did end up finishing it. It was a book that is read pretty quickly and easily but I think they hype I was reading about it didn’t fully live up to it as I read it. I was going into it thinking my pulse was going to be racing (like it said on the front cover). But it wasn’t sure it was thrilling and there were some parts that were like OMG but it wasn’t as intense as I imagined. It was a good book though and interesting, especially finishing it in 4 hours. I also think that I read Killing Lessons by Saul Black and that book was definitely more intense.Overall, a good book, satisfying ending. Just didn’t live up to the hype people were saying in the reviews and on the book itself.I would rate this book 6.5/10

really good book! fast paced and intense the whole way through!
Got me out of my reading rut, super fast paced which I always enjoy in a book and it stayed intense throughout, there were no lulls in the plot or storytelling at all. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was a little predictable.

Addictive Reading!
I loved this book. Entertainment with a capital E! Perfect material for a movie....are you listening, Netflix? The two main characters were sassy, funny and likeable. And the bad guys? Well they were just brilliantly bad. The only thing I would change, and I say this as a writer myself, would be to include the human element a little more, ie the girls would need to relieve themselves at some point, which would have added some reality to their plight, and there was never any mention about thirst and the obvious need for water, after all they had been through. Small issues, but people reading survivial thrillers often think about those important details. Otherwise, a great read.

Predictable
The story had great potential but somewhere around 50% in, the story became very predictable.
