Theses were cooling and squishy. Comfortable

These help but not as much as putting actual gel sticky soles in your shoes. I put them on under socks and my feet get a bit hot. It's summer here and I wore them exercising. It's like wearing a sauna belt only foot size.The gel just isn't think enough to really help a bunch. I tried putting these on over a sock but that's difficult and it slid around too much.

Sure has helped me with cracks all over my heels that medicine alone hasn’t. They are thicker than some others I’ve tried & are holding up well. I’d buy them again

Se siente de buena calidad, el gel se siente grueso a la hora de pisar, el unico problema esque es una sola media y talvez por eso( pie de hombre), se restira más y se rompió en la primera usada.

A mí me va fenomenal, me estoy recuperando de un edema oseo en el calcaneo y fascitis plantar , con lo que mi pisada debe ser muy suave, a pesar de llevar ortesis personalizadas y calzado adecuado , estas taloneras han significado para mi un antes y un después, puedo caminar con mucha más normalidad y sin dolor . Eso sí la talonera debe ir en contacto con la piel, no con el calcetin, sino directamente con la piel .
